A New Chapter

Over this summer I have been living without a kitchen. You may ask yourself, “is it possible to make healthy and delicious food in these type of circumstances?” Well good news, it total is and here are a couple of tips.

  • Before you leave your home kitchen prepare some baked treats such as breakfast bars and cookies. Then wrap the treats in wax paper and sealed bags. They will stay good for a couple months.
  • Pack an electric stove, water boiler, and cookware.
  • Rely mostly on raw foods. Meal prep grains and cooked veggies for the work week on Sunday. And pack meals in reusable boxes the night before.
